Clovis Crossfire Appoints Adam Smith as Boys Director of Coaching Clovis, CA (May 6, 2025) – Clovis Crossfire is excited to announce the appointment of Adam Smith as the club’s new Boys Director of Coaching. Adam will be volunteering his time during tryouts, after which he will officially commence his role as Boys Director of Coaching and 2013 Head Coach at the start of the fall season. In addition to joining the Crossfire staff, Adam will also take on a scouting role with the Charlotte FC Major League Soccer organization, where he will focus on recruiting talent from the California region for players up to the age of 18. “I am excited to be joining Clovis Crossfire and working alongside the leadership team of Robert Stewart and Shawn Grieco, as well as the boys’ club coaches,” said Smith. His passion for the game and dedication to creating an optimal learning environment for young athletes ensures that our players receive the highest quality training and support. We are thrilled to welcome Adam Smith as the Boys Director of Coaching for our Competitive Program,” said Robert Stewart, Executive Director of Clovis Crossfire. “With his deep understanding of the game and a proven history of successfully developing players, Adam will be a tremendous asset to our club.
